Nate Washington (born August 28, 1983, in Toledo, Ohio) is an American football wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL. He was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Tiffin University.

Washington made his first career score catch, a 27 yard touchdown, in a Thursday night game against the Miami Dolphins on opening night of the 2006 NFL season. His first career reception came in the 2005 AFC Championship Game against the Denver Broncos.He has been the Steelers slot receiver throughout the 2006 season. He started two games after injuries to Hines Ward. Currently, he is tied on the team for third in TDs scored. Washington is the first football player (in the modern era) from Tiffin University to turn pro.
