Un Yong Kim (born on 3 March 1931) is a South Korean sports administrator and is the former Vice-President of the International Olympic Committee and founding member of the WTF executive board.[1][2] Kim, Un-yong was elected the president of the Korean Taekwondo Association on 23 January 1971. He received a doctorate in Political Science in 1963 from the University of Yonsei. Kim retired from the WTF presidency in 2004 and was succeeded by Chungwon Choue.
