Marcel Paille (born December 8, 1932 in Shawinigan Falls, Quebec, died October 7, 2002 in Quebec, Quebec) was an ice hockey goaltender.

He was a goaltender in the National Hockey League with the New York Rangers and played briefly for the Philadelphia Blazers in the World Hockey Association.

He died of cancer in Quebec City on October 7th, 2002.
