Tomasz Kulawik (born May 4th, 1969 in Olkusz), Polish player and coach; capped twice for national team.

On the field, he played as a midfielder. In the Polish Football League, he played for Zaglebie Sosnowiec, Wisla Krakow, and Ruch Chorzow whom he played for 257 times and scored 37 goals. He helped win the the Polish Championship with Wisla Krakow in the 1998/1999 season and in the 2000/2001 season. In addition, the he contributed to the winning of the Polish Cup in 2001 and Leage Cup in 2000.

After finishing his playing career, he joing the coaching staff of Wisla Krakow. After the dismissal of Jerzy Engel in 2005, he became a temporary manager of Wisla Krakow for a few matches. Currently, he is the manager of the Wisla Krakow youth team in the Mloda Ekstraklasa.

Surprisingly, Kulawik returned to the playing field in the 2007/2008 season playing for 5th league team Boleslaw Bukowno.
