Sam Havrilak (born in 1947, in the Pittsburgh suburb of Monessen, Pennsylvania) was an American football player who played running back in the NFL from 1969 to 1974. He and earned a Super Bowl ring in January of 1971 at Super Bowl V. He attended Monessen High School near Pittsburgh. His pro-career was spent with both the Baltimore Colts and the New Orleans Saints.
