Santa Clara is a town in Franklin County, New York, USA. The population was 395 at the 2000 census.

The Town of Santa Clara is in the southwest part of the county and is within the Adirondack State Park.

The Town of Santa Clara was formed from part of the Town of Brandon in 1888.
