The Thomas B. Finan Center inpatient psychiatric hospital located in Cumberland, Maryland. It is owned and managed by the state of Maryland.

The facility operates 86 beds and provides psychiatric hospital-level and residential assisted living services to persons who are 18 years-of-age and older. The Finan Center is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and serves as an integral component of the network of mental health services for Washington, Allegany, Garrett and Frederick counties for adults.

It was opened in 1979 and is named for Thomas B. Finan, who was an attorney general for Maryland.
