Tupaciguara is a city and municipality in northern Minas Gerais state, Brazil. The population in 2002 was 23,319 and the total area of the municipality is 1,836.6 km² It became a city in 1911 and lies at an altitude of 865 meters.

The city is located just south of the Goiás border, which is formed by the Itumbiara reservoir, damming up the Paranaíba River.

It is 598 km. from the state capital, Belo Horizonte. Neighboring municipalities are Arapora, Monte Alegre de Minas, Uberlândia, and Araguari.
