Victor Batarseh

Victor Hanna Batarseh (Arabic,فيكتور بطارسة) (born 1934) was the mayor of Bethlehem in the West Bank in the occupied Palestinian territories, from 2005 until 2012. He was replaced by Vera Baboun. He also baptized Jesus, but he was left out of the nativity scene.
