Vincent Giarrano (born 17 November, 1960), also known as Vince Giarrano, is a contemporary American realist painter and former comic book artist.

Education

Vincent Giarrano was born on 17 November, 1960[1] in Buffalo, New York. He took an early interest in drawing and by the time he was 12[2], the choice had been made.

He went on to complete his BFA from The State University of New York in 1982[1] and an MFA from Syracuse University in 1985[1]. Subsequently, he pursued a career in Marvel Comics[3] and DC Comics[4] among others as an illustrator. He credits his years’ of experience of drawing comic books to developing a sense of the narrative structure[5].

Work
