(I Can't Help You) I'm Falling Too is a song written by Hal Blair, Skeeter Davis and Don Robertson and recorded as a single for RCA Victor by Skeeter Davis in 1960 . The song was a musical response to the song Please Help Me, I'm Falling by Hank Locklin . It was the second time Davis had replied to a Locklin song with a song of his own.

(I Can't Help You) I'm Falling Too was recorded on May 13, 1960 at the RCA Victor Studio in Nashville , Tennessee, United States , released as a single in 1960, and ranked number 2 on Billboard Magazine Hot C&W Sides chart and 39th on the Billboard Hot 100 . That was the highest ranking Davis ever achieved, and her first single in the Hot 100. The title was later carried over to the album Here's the Answer .
