+972 Magazine is an e-zine founded in August 2010 bya blogger collective that promises "independent commentary and news from Israel and Palestine". It was named after the international phone code for Israel and the Palestinian Territories .

Larry Derfner , former editor-in-chief for the Jerusalem Post and correspondent for the US News and World Report , is a regular commentator. It is financially supported by the Heinrich Böll Foundation .
