As sleeve coat of arms crest are Patches on tunics called. These are primarily local or state coats of arms on the service jackets in fire service uniforms or institutional coats of arms on police and military uniforms .

A rank or something similar is also indicated on many sleeve crests . Fire brigade sleeve crests can convey rank badges through the color of the lettering and the border. In addition, the word “fire brigade” is common here.
