Île de l'Oga , also Île des Cormorans , is an uninhabited island in the Mediterranean that belongs to France .
It is located about one kilometer off the west coast of Corsica and belongs to the area of the city of Ajaccio . The island, made of red porphyry rock , is largely without vegetation and belongs to the Îles Sanguinaires archipelago . It extends from southwest to northeast over about 150 meters with a width of up to 100 meters. To the northeast is the Île de Porri and in front of it the small rock U Sbiru , to the southwest Îlot de Cala d'Alga . Île de l'Oga is a designated nature reserve.
