Óscar Méndez , full name Óscar Javier Méndez Albornoz , (born December 5, 1994 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
The 1.84 meter tall midfielder Méndez has been in the squad of the Uruguayan first division team Racing Club de Montevideo since at least the 2013/14 season . That season he played three games (no goal) in the Primera División . In the 2014/15 season he was used once (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league. This was followed by 16 further premier league appearances (no goal) in the 2015/16 season. In the 2016 season, he has completed twelve top division games (one goal).
