Austrian armies
The Habsburg standing army was called “imperial” until 1740, from 1745 “imperial-royal” (kk) and from 1889–1918 - in the sense of the Austro-Hungarian settlement - “imperial and royal” (kuk). Austrian armies are:

- Land forces of Austria-Hungary 1867–1914

- kk Landwehr
- Federal Army (1st Republic) (1920–1938)
- Federal Army , since 1955
