Tampere Convention

The Tampere Convention is an international treaty that was concluded in Tampere (Finland) in 1998 and has been signed by 79 states (as of 2015). It regulates the swift approval of telecommunications equipment , which in case of disasters from relief organizations to be brought into the affected State.
