Convention for the Protection of Albatrosses and Petrels
The Convention on the Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels ( ACAP ) is a multilateral environmental agreement based on the Bonn Convention . The convention was adopted in 2001 and entered into force on February 1, 2004.
