İsmail Baydil (born February 26, 1988 in Denizli ) is a Turkish football player .

İsmail started his career in 2004 in the youth of Denizlispor . On August 23, 2008 he played his first appearance in the Turkcell Süper Lig against Galatasaray Istanbul , which ended 4-1 for Galatasaray. He has now been used twelve times for Denizlispor, including eight times in the Turkcell Süper Lig and four times in the Bank Asya 1st Lig . In the winter break of the 2007/08 season he was loaned to Izmirspor in the TFF 2nd Lig . In the 2009/10 season he played in the TFF 2nd Lig for Denizli Belediyespor on loan and scored 2 goals in 29 games. Since the 2010/11 season he has been back at Denizlispor, this time in Bank Asya 1st Lig.

İsmail Baydil played for the Turkish U-21 national team .
