The İstanbul Futbol Ligi 1911/12 was the eighth season of the İstanbul Futbol Ligi . Fenerbahçe Istanbul became champion for the first time . Galatasaray Istanbul did not participate in protest, the reason being the ban of Adnan İbrahim Piroğlu . Piroğlu was excluded from the competition because of his rough style of play.
