The İstanbul Futbol Ligi 1923/24 was the eleventh season of the İstanbul Futbol Ligi . Beşiktaş Istanbul became the master for the first time .

The season began on September 21, 1923 with 24 teams divided into four groups. Due to the participation of the Turkish national team in the 1924 Summer Olympics and their preparation for the tournament, league operations were interrupted in March 1924. On July 24, 1924, 18 clubs decided that the season should be played in the knockout system .
