The İstanbul Futbol Ligi 1913/14 was the ninth season of the İstanbul Futbol Ligi and Fenerbahçe Istanbul was champion for the second time .

Strugglers FC has been asked by those in charge of the league to change the shirt colors from blue and white. Strugglers FC was against it and resigned from the league after the 6th match day. The Telefoncular team withdrew from the league one match day earlier for reasons unknown. The following games were rated 1-0 for the respective opponents.
