Žemės ūkio bendrovė
Žemės ūkio bendrovė ( ŽŪB ; German Agricultural Company ) is a form of society in which agriculture in Lithuania . Such companies emerged from privatized former agricultural enterprises (such as sovkhos , collective farms in Soviet Lithuania ) or were founded by at least two members (natural and legal persons). The maximum number of members is unlimited, the company must have a name.
An agricultural company is a legal person and a limited liability company. Agricultural production and services activities must account for more than 50% of sales.
