Ււ

The Hiwn ( Ւ and ւ ) was the 34th letter of the Eastern Armenian alphabet until the Armenian spelling reforms of 1922–1924 and is still the 34th letter of the Western Armenian. The letter represents the sound [ v ] or (in the classical Armenian) [ u ] and is indicated in German with the letter W (or U transcribed). The reforms replaced it in Eastern Armenian with the digraph Ու .

It is assigned the numerical value 7000.
