The 1000 ° magazine was a print club guide for electronic dance music in East Germany in the 1990s and set out to be a networking information pool for the German-speaking club scene. The calendar section presented the events in this area. Those interested in club music were able to find out about new music trends and club developments.
history
The first edition was published by Mark Busse in August 1995 under the editor-in-chief of André Quaas . Approximately 26,000 copies per month were financed through advertising and freely distributed to readers at events, in clubs and record stores. The online club guide has existed alongside the magazine since 1996. The print editions appeared until 2001.
Magazine partnerships
Editorial, distribution and advertising partnerships existed with the magazines Flyer, Partysan , TenDance and Kreuzer .
