205 Yonge Street

A historic four-story building dating from 1905 is located on Lot 205 Yonge Street in Toronto , Canada . This building was the headquarters of the Bank of Toronto . The building was protected under the Ontario Heritage Act in 1975 and is grandfathered. The building was designed by the Canadian architect Edward James Lennox. It has a neo-classical design and 1619 m² of office space. The Toronto Eaton Center and the Elgin and Winter Garden Theaters are in close proximity .
