24 Hours is a free Canadian commuter newspaper . It is published by Sun Media , a Quebecor Media company . The English version is published in Calgary , Edmonton , Ottawa , Toronto and Vancouver , the French version in Montreal (under the name 24 Heures ). The newspaper appears Monday through Friday. The Vancouver edition is a joint venture with the Jim Pattison Group .
