2MASS J09373487 + 2931409 is a T6 dwarf in the constellation Leo . It shows an unusual spectrum that indicates a metal-poor atmosphere and / or high surface acceleration (high pressure on the surface). By measuring the parallax in the infrared, its distance could be determined to be about 20 light years. Its effective temperature is estimated to be around 800 Kelvin.
