Ashratum

Ašratum (Ašratu) is a Babylonian goddess of love . She is the wife of Amurrum . Ašratum has been documented since the ancient Babylonian period ( 1st dynasty of Babylon ), especially in lists of gods. Her nickname is bēlet ṣēri , mistress of the steppe. Hammurapi calls her kallat šar šamī , “bride of the Lord of Heavens” and bēlet kuzbi u ulṣi , mistress of joy and sexual fulfillment.

Only Ašratum-ummi , "Ašratum is my mother", is passed down as a personal name .
