The Anderson Group is a Taiwanese machine tool manufacturer based in Taipei . The company and its subsidiaries produce milling machines, lathes and machining centers, which are sold worldwide. The German machine tool builders Monforts from Mönchengladbach and Matec from Köngen are part of the group of companies. Both companies were taken over by Anderson after their bankruptcy. In 1998, Anderson Group began over-the -counter trading . It has been listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange since 2000 .
