ABC Braga is a Portuguese sports club founded in 1933 whose handball team plays in the 1st Portuguese league. Other sports include basketball, volleyball, chess, taekwondo, hockey and roller hockey. The greatest club success was reaching the final of the EHF Champions League 1993/94 , which was lost with 22:22 and 21:23 against CB Cantabria Santander . With 13 championship titles and twelve cup wins, Braga is one of the three most successful handball clubs in Portugal. The last championship was in 2016.
