AENOR

AENOR (Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación) is a Spanish standardization and certification company that evaluates management systems of companies on the basis of standards - for example ISO 9001 - and issues a certificate if the requirements of the standard are proven to be met.

The organization, based in Madrid, is a member of the IQNET certification network. Standards and fields of activity with a total of around 24,000 (as of 2011) issued IQNET certificates are:

AENOR was founded on February 26, 1986 and is accredited by ENAC (Entidad Nacional de Acreditación) in Spain .
