AERO is a mixture of concept and compilation album by French musician Jean-Michel Jarre . It was published by Warner Music . In addition to new pieces, many well-known titles have been completely reinterpreted and a continuous listening experience with flowing transitions has been created.

Specialty

AERO includes new recordings of popular titles such as Oxygene 2 , Oxygene 4 and Magnetic Fields 1 , three new tracks and a live recording of Rendez-Vous 4 from the AERO concert of the same name in Denmark in surround sound 5.1 on DVD and in stereo on CD . One of the three new tracks, Aero , is an adaptation of Je Me Souviens from 2000, which appeared on the album Métamorphoses and contained spoken chants by Laurie Anderson . The individual titles merge into one another.

The DVD offers audio tracks in Dolby Digital , DTS and stereo. During playback, a video track can optionally be played, which shows the eyes of actress Anne Parillaud while listening to the music. Parillaud was in a relationship with Jarre at this point.
