The Association Européenne des Spécialités Pharmaceutiques Grand Public (German European Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers , English Association of the European Self-Medication Industry ), AESGP for short , is the umbrella association of European manufacturers of drugs for self-medication . It represents the interests of manufacturers of non-prescription drugs and dietary supplements .

The association was founded in Paris in 1964 and relocated to Brussels in 1990. It has 25 national associations and pharmaceutical companies as associated members. Germany is represented by the Federal Association of Drug Manufacturers , Austria by the interest group of Austrian drug manufacturers and depositors, and Switzerland by the Swiss Association for Self-Medication .
