Effectiveness of everyday masks compared to other types of masks

AHA formula , also AHA rule , refers to the combination of preventive measures introduced or recommended in Germany in 2020 to contain the corona pandemic

" A hold opening gap" (see social distancing )
" H note ygiene measures!" (Cough into the elbow or sneeze [sneezing etiquette ], regular hand- hygiene by thoroughly washing and disinfecting )
" A lltagsmaske wear!" (See also full-face protection [MNS] in not keeping the gewährleistbarem to contagion containment recommended minimum distance of 1.5 to 2 meters to other people)
