Aicels Law Review , subtitled Journal on Central European Law, was an English-language biannual legal journal published in the United States from 2009-2011 .
The Aicels Law Review was devoted to the academic discussion of legal issues in the states of Central and Eastern Europe, including the successor states of the Soviet Union. The focus was on constitutional and administrative law, private law and business law .
