AIK banka Niš (Agroindustrijsko komercijalna banka ad Niš) is a bank in Serbia with headquarters in Niš .
It was founded in 1976 as the municipal bank of the Niš agro-industrial combine . She got a license from the National Bank of Yugoslavia to offer financial services throughout the country. In 1995 it became a public limited company. Since 2005 it has been listed in the BELEX15 share index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange .
On September 11, 2006, the Greek ATEbank announced that it had acquired 49.99 percent of the bank's shares.
