ASAN xidmət  ( English Azerbaijani Service and Assessment Network ' Azerbaijani Service and Assessment Network ' ) is a state  one-stop-shop facility of the public service in Azerbaijan .

The chairman is Ülvi Mehdiyev. In German, Azerbaijani asan means something like 'simple' or 'easy'.

founding

ASAN institutions are part of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. There are 13 ASAN facilities in Azerbaijan. There are five ASAN centers in Baku available to citizens.

By decree of the President of the Republic of July 13, 2012, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovation was created.

aims

The primary objective is to ensure that citizens are satisfied with the public service. Further goals are to improve the fight against cases of abuse and corruption in the public service, to make state services available to citizens in a uniform, coordinated and timely manner in high quality through the use of innovative approaches and to improve public services in the regions.

Services

ASAN xidmət offers a total of 250 services, 113 of which are public services, for example the issuing of identity cards, birth certificates , marriage certificates , the extension of driving licenses , notarial certification , property certification , and services for migrants. Citizens' inquiries about services can be submitted via a telephone hotline, Twitter or Facebook .
