The FC Tevragh Zeina is a football club from Nouakchott in Mauritania . The association was founded in 2005.
history
In 2009 the club reached the cup final, but lost to ASAC Concorde 4-5 on penalties. A year later they made it back to the cup final, this time beating FC Feu Mini 3-0 . With this cup victory, FC Tevragh Zeïna reached the CAF Confederation Cup for the first time . In 2012 and 2016 the club was able to win the double. There are now three championship and four cup wins.
On February 28, 2011 the club won 1-0 against the Malian representative AS Real Bamako . Most recently, a Mauritanian team managed to survive the qualifying round in 1994. But in the next round it was over against the Algerian club JS Kabylie (1: 3). Despite qualifying for the CAF Champions League three times , the club has not yet entered this competition.
