The Aareon AG is a pan-European consultancy and systems house for the property sector, based in Mainz . Aareon is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aareal Bank AG from Wiesbaden , formerly Deutsche Bau- und Bodenbank AG (real estate bank ).

Around 3000 customers from six nations manage over ten million rental units. Aareon is represented at 40 locations (15 of them in the DACH region) and, in addition to Germany, is also active in Austria, Switzerland, France, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden. The consulting and systems house employs over 1,600 people, more than a third of them outside Germany. The turnover in 2019 was around 251.9 million euros. The operating result (EBIT) was 38.8 million euros.

The offer portfolio covers different customer requirements with three ERP solutions: Wodis Sigma, Aareon RELion and Blue Eagle based on SAP ® ERP 6.0. All IT systems can also be supplemented with integrated services.

Once a year the Aareon Congress takes place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , where executives from the real estate industry discuss the latest developments in the real estate industry.
