Abd al-Baqi Tabrizi
Abd al-Baqi Tabrizi , called Danischmand ( Persian عبدالباقی تبریزی, DMG ʿAbd al-Bāqī Tabrīzī , [ æbdolbɑɢi tæbɾizi ]; * unknown; † 1629/1630 ), was a noble scholar from East Azerbaijan in what is now Iran .
He spent his youth in Tabriz ( Tabriz ), where he was taught philosophy, mathematics and Arabic poetry. He wrote his poems under the pseudonym "Baqi". He was a prominent calligrapher of Safawidenära . He is considered an expert on the Thuluth , Naschī , and Reqa scriptures . He lived in the time of Abbas I and was a student of Ala ed-Din Tabrizi and Alireza Abbassi .
