Shut-off device
A shut-off device is a component that is used to stop or allow the volume flow in a pipeline . The connection dimension of the shut-off device is given by the nominal width (NW) in mm and the nominal pressure (ND) in bar . It can be designed as a valve , slide , flap or tap . For example:
