The Accentro Real Estate AG , 2006-2015 Estavis AG , is a publicly traded real estate company with a focus on residential real estate in Germany. history

Immcon Immobilien-Consulting-Jakob GmbH was founded in 1993 and SIAG Schorr Immobilien GmbH & Co. Grundbesitz KG was founded in 2005. Estavis AG emerged from them in 2006 and went public in April 2007.

In October 2007, she took over 100 percent of the B & V property development and sales company. In November 2007, the subsidiary Estavis Property Management GmbH was founded. The company intensified in 2008 in addition to the institutional portfolio trading and sale of apartments to private investors its activities in the project development .

In 2011 she took over the residential privatization division of Colonia Real Estate AG with the two companies Accentro and Colonia Residential Sales. In 2012 the corporate strategy was realigned; Since then, the focus has been on the business areas of building and managing a high-yield portfolio as well as the privatization of apartments. The activities in the area of ​​project development were abandoned.

In June 2014, the Frankfurt real estate company Adler Real Estate AG , based in Hamburg, took over Estavis AG.

On January 5, 2015, Estavis AG was renamed Accentro Real Estate AG in accordance with a resolution of the Annual General Meeting in November 2014.

In November 2017, the holding company Brookline Real Estate S.à.rl took over the majority of Accentro Real Estate AG.

Business model

Accentro Real Estate AG acquires rental apartment stocks across Germany with the aim of converting them into condominiums and then selling them to tenants, owner -occupiers or investors. Accentro Real Estate concentrates on housing stocks in Berlin and other metropolitan regions, for example Hamburg, Rhine-Main, Rhine-Ruhr and Leipzig.

In addition to the core business of apartment privatization, Accentro Real Estate has been building new apartments since 2018 and is cooperating with project developers for this purpose. She brings in equity and takes over the sale of the apartments.

The Accentro is a subsidiary of Estavis AG and is also based in Berlin. It works as a service provider in housing privatization.

Accentro GmbH has been publishing the Accentro Homeownership Report since 2008 and Accentro Real Estate AG since 2016. The report provides annual information on home ownership transactions in all 82 major German cities. Since 2016, Accentro Real Estate has been publishing the annual Accentro-IW Housing Cost Report together with the Institute of German Economy (IW) Cologne , for which the housing costs of tenants and owner-occupiers in all 401 rural districts and urban districts are evaluated.
