Achterli was a Swiss measure of volume and grain and was used in the canton of Bern .

The dimensional chain was

  • 1 Mütt = 12 Mäß = 24 Mäßli = 48 Immi = 96 Achterli = 192 sixteen
  • 1 figure eight = 2 small sixteen = 88.25 Parisian cubic inches = 1 ¾ liter
  • 1 Immi = 2 Achterli

  • 8 backs = 1 size
  • 96 Achterli = 1 Mütt
