Acta Organologica is a German-language magazine. It appears irregularly, up to volume 16 as one volume annually, then only every two or three years. Since its publication in 1967 it has been an organ of the Society of Organ Friends and an “annual gift” for the members of the Society. Along with Ars Organi and Organ - Journal for the organ, it is one of the most important German-language magazines in the field of organ building and organ music .
