Action 21 Charleroi is a Belgian futsal club from Charleroi . The club currently plays in the first Belgian division. The club was formed in 1999 from the merger of Charleroi Garenne and FCS Sambreville . The championship title was achieved in the very first season, which was subsequently defended six times. At the same time, the club rose to become a constant in European competition. The UEFA Futsal Cup , founded in 2001, reached the final in the first two seasons, where they lost to Playas de Castellón FS , but in 2004/05 they were the first non-Spanish team to win the highest European club competition. In a thrilling final, Dynamo Moscow was beaten 4: 3 in the first leg and 6: 6 in the second leg.
