It is the last building in the original development on Adalbertstrasse , which consisted of a closed row of 13 three-story suburban houses. On the eastern side there is a round arched passage. The platform staircase with wooden railing opens up two apartments on each floor. The classical facade was simplified during renovations. In 1897 the shop was installed on the ground floor.
