Adam Grevenstein

Adam Grevenstein (* in Geseke ; † before October 10, 1533 in Cologne ) was official and vicar general of the Archdiocese of Cologne .

Born in Geseke, he enrolled at the University of Cologne in 1513 . Acquired a licentiate in Decretum and Artium, he became canon in Cologne in 1529 and also official of the Archbishop of Cologne. On June 7th, 1531 Archbishop Hermann von Wied appointed him his vicar general.
