Adams Lake is a lake in the Canadian province of British Columbia . The 63 km long and 3.2 km wide lake is located in the Monashee Mountains . The Adams River flows through it from north to south along its entire length . It is considered to be the second deepest lake in British Columbia after Quesnel Lake .

The Adams Lake Provincial Park and the Adams Lake Marine Provincial Park with the parts Poplar Point site , Refuge Bay site and Spillman Beach Site offer at several locations on the lake shore facilities for camping and leisure activities.

The lake is popular with anglers. There are here rainbow trout , sockeye salmon , lake trout and Dolly Varden trout caught.
