Adams Ridge is a sharp-edged and rocky mountain ridge 6.5 km long and up to 800 m high in East Antarctic Victoria Land , which marks the western edge of the Bowers Mountains immediately south of the confluence of the Sheehan Glacier with the Rennick Glacier .
The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1983 after the New Zealand geologist Chris Adams, who worked in northern Victoria Land between 1981 and 1982.
